What is Carbon Fiber Paper?

Carbon fiber paper is a thin, sheet-like material made primarily from carbon fiber. It inherits the key properties of carbon fiber—high strength, light weight, heat and corrosion resistance, and excellent conductivity—while offering flexibility, softness, and ease of cutting and processing. These qualities make it ideal for a wide range of high-performance applications.

What is Recycled Carbon Fiber Paper?

Recycled carbon fiber paper is produced by dispersing reclaimed carbon fibers into a binder solution through a wet-laid process, followed by deposition and drying. The resulting sheets are smooth, uniform, and compatible with both thermoset and thermoplastic resins—making them an ideal substrate for composite manufacturing. This material retains the original carbon fiber properties while promoting environmental sustainability and cost efficiency.
