Thermolysis Co., Ltd. is an innovation-driven company committed to sustainable development, specializing in the recycling and regeneration of carbon fiber waste. Utilizing advanced Microwave-Assisted Pyrolysis technology, we have achieved large-scale production of high-quality recycled carbon fiber—offering sustainable material solutions for industries around the world. 

Our proprietary Microwave-Assisted Pyrolysis system efficiently processes carbon fiber waste and enables clean regeneration. The recycled fibers are free from residual contaminants and exhibit excellent mechanical properties, ensuring consistent quality and reliability for downstream applications. 

At Thermolysis, we are also dedicated to expanding the applications of recycled carbon fiber in high-value products. Through our advanced production and R&D facilities, we continuously develop a wide range of recycled materials. Our offerings include intermediate products such as carbon fiber paper, non-woven fabrics, and plastic pellets—ready for secondary processing across the industrial supply chain. In addition, we mass-produce recycled carbon fiber prepregs, thermoplastic Laminates, and tubing to meet the diverse needs of downstream carbon fiber industries. 

To address the challenge of recycling composite materials, we created the eco-conscious brand “RCF.” Under this label, we develop consumer products made from recycled carbon fiber. We collaborate with the bicycle industry to produce items such as bottle cages, saddles, and pedals. Other products—including sporting goods (rackets, fins, insoles, sunglasses) and everyday items like combs—are also made from our regenerated carbon fiber. We are committed to full product take-back and recycling, building a closed-loop carbon fiber ecosystem to reduce environmental impact and promote the use of green materials.
