Thermolysis was established in 2016 with patented "Microwave Assisted Pyrolysis" technology, and was essentially a research and development company with a pilot plant for the recycling of industrial wastes.


Our core business is the development and application of microwave heating technology. We are constantly striving for excellence, and are committed to developing advanced equipment with high efficiency and zero pollution.




Project 1

Carbon Firber Reinforced Plastic

The global market for carbon fiber increases continually and puts a new emphasis on the role of carbon fiber recycling in the development of the industry. The process from manufacturing carbon fiber to production of finished components is wasteful; it is estimated that more than 30% of produced carbon fiber ends up as waste at some point in the process.


Producing recycled carbon fiber requires only one tenth of the energy needed for virgin material. Reclaimed and recycled carbon fiber is a low-cost alternative to virgin material for applications.


Thermolysis offers equipment and solution for companies to recycle carbon fibers, particularly those impregnated with resin. We has developed a process for recycling carbon fiber-reinforced components. We take the carbon fiber reclaimed from scrapped parts and apply it to create new products.

Project 2

Organic sludge

The problem of sludge disposal will be intensified as the quantity of sludge to be disposed of increases and availability of suitable landfill sites will be a major problem. At the same time, current disposal methods, whether landfill or incineration, are faced with increasing disposal costs. Therefore, sludge reduction must be the key factor in the future.


Sludge dehydrated by a centrifugal dehydrator contains 80-85% of water. Microwave heating and drying can further reduce the moisture content to 40%. That will greatly reduce the sludge volume. The dried sludge will have a higher calorific value and can be used as fuel.


Project 3

Poultry manure

Animal manure, such as chicken manure and swine manure, has been used for centuries as a fertilizer for farming. It can improve the soil structure so that the soil holds more nutrients and water, and therefore becomes more fertile. 


Compost is the decomposed remnants of organic materials. It is usually of plant origin, but also includes manure. Traditional compost requires large space, and the fermentation period is about 3 to 6 months. It is very inefficient and pollutes the environment as well. 

We use microwave technology to produce organic fertilizer. The new treatment can quickly rot livestock manure, and can sterilize manure, reduce odor and environmental pollution.
